PDE Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Transition Announcement
As previously communicated, Palmetto GBA was to transition all PDE submitters on September 15, 2018 to Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) in order to add an additional layer of security. This update was not completed; however, Palmetto GBA expects the update to be completed on Tuesday, September 18, 2018. Two options are available to PDE submitters that submitted files via SFTP (port 22) and did not receive return reports. You can either sign onto our FTP server, (port 2021), to pull the reports or, contact CSSC Operations either by phone at 877-534-2772 or by email csscoperations@palmettogba.com to have the reports restored to the SFTP server.
